Replacement pads - Solar Rocker 16'5
When purchasing the Solar Rocker 16'5, a number of pads (Scrubs) are included. Naturally, these wear out over time and need to be replaced.
The pads can be ordered per type separately or in a mixed box (MIX).

Which pad to use when? (Explanation + common sense !! )

WHITE NON-SCRATCH SCRUBS - (white rectangles) - This material is a proven agitation agent for traditional window cleaners, and it is an obvious evolution to use it for osmosis glass washing as well. This is a medium-aggressive SCRUB to maximise your daily efficiency.

BRONSWOL SCRUBS (yellow rim) - are a proven agitation agent for both traditional and osmosis window washers. This is an aggressive SCRAPE SCRUB - not prone to oxidising (rusting), meaning it can stay on the glass longer, and will not cause staining. These scrubs are not like soft steel wool - the strands are all parallel to the glass - This makes them work like knives on the glass.

STEEL WOOL SCRUBS (light yellow edge) are similar to the Bronze Wool scrubs.

STAINLESS STEEL MESH SCRUBS (red edge with coarse stainless steel - we call it THE CHEESEGRATER or THE CHEASRASP) is designed for 'scraping' caked-on dirt, mould, moss, paint, sticker removal, and other, hitherto, impossible concretions to remove with Water Fed. This SCRUB is based on the 'Brillo' scrub used in industrial kitchens - it is a very fine and sharp blade that runs parallel to the window and scrapes away the most difficult dirt particles.

BLUE METAL SCRUBS (blue edge )is 'sharper' than STAINLESS MESH, with a tight 'knife' effect, as the fine stainless steel strands are tightly woven through a blue polyester fabric. This is a very aggressive SCRUB to maximise your efficiency.

MICROFIBER SCRUBS (green border) are excellent at 'grabbing' dirt, but because it is tightly woven, it does not flush itself - meaning it can retain dirt such as grains of sand and cause scratches on the glass. MICROFIBER is ideal for windows soiled by petrochemical pollution. Add a dash of non-caustic detergent to the MICROFIBER SCRUB to break down the organic dirt, and clean the window as usual.

GREEN RUBBER SCRUBS (purple border) - This SCRUB is unique in that it resembles a WHITE NON SCRATCH pad, but it is a 'Grabber', not a 'Scraper', and unlike MICROFIBER, it can flush itself away if a grain of sand lands in its path. GREEN RUBBER SCRUB is usually used for bee droppings and removes both the bee droppings and the waxy residue underneath.

MAGIC ERASER SCRUBS (white with blue rectangles) - Silicone and sticker residue have always been impossible to remove for osmosis glass washing. With MAGIC ERASER, even these can be removed. Note : more movements are usually required when tackling these water-insoluble contaminants on the glass
